Our vibe: We are the phoenix mamas, rising from the ashes of narcissistic and emotionally destructive marriages.

Here, we don't just survive, we thrive. We're alchemists, turning the lead of our past into the gold of our future. Our scars aren't marks of shame but badges of honor, telling the story of our resilience and courage while serving as a model to our children.

We're not here to bash our exes or wallow in victimhood. We're here to reclaim our power, set boundaries, and forgive...not for their sake, but for our own freedom.

Anger is information. Grief is love with nowhere to go. Fear means something still matters to you. Around here, we don't waste any of it.

Some days you'll feel like you've turned a corner. Others, you'll be on the bathroom floor eating cereal for dinner after the kids go to bed. Both are part of this process. We're here to actually do "the work," in all its unglamorous, nonlinear, occasionally hilarious reality. Every part of you is welcome. Even the mess...especially the mess.
